About us

Our company was founded in 1999 as auditing & consulting firm. We are engaged in audits and tax audits of international companies and corporations. Our clients are Hydro Oil and Gas (Norway), Daewoo Corporation (Korea), Kumho Tire Corp (Korea), Lotte Corporation (Korea) and many others.

In 2000, our company has actively cooperated with the Goverment State Corporations of Moscow and Moscow Region. We have successfully completed the restructuring of such enterprises as Mosoblreklama and Mosoblfarma. We provided full services for restructuring the financial and marketing departments of companies.

In 2001, our company acquire a controlling stake of industrial enterprise Hotkovo Mechanical Plant. The main activities of HMP are the supply and repair of electrical equipment (motors) for corporate clients. In 2001 this company was in the verge of bankruptcy and demanded urgent measures of crisis management. HMP has passed the procedure of restructuring. There was considerable work to build relationships with suppliers and key customers.

In 2004 we started a project to restructure the wholesale distributor of mineral fertilizers. In 2005 the company was sold to an investor.

Since 2008, we form a Private Equity Fund to manage land assets. Currently, we have accumulated more than 3000 hectares of agricultural land in Russia.

Since 2008 actively engaged in the restructuring of industrial enterprises in the Republic of Bashkortostan (oil region of Russia).
